In 2021, I was sick in bed, unsure if I would die in my sleep, because doctors didn’t know what was going on with me. It was either anxiety, like they thought, or something terminal, according to the internet.

Today, after a journey with a western doctor, a naturopath, a functional counselor, a talk therapist, a spiritual director, a neuropsychologist, a community of artists I now call my best friends, many books, much research, an ocean of tears, and the King of Kings Himself, I am happier and healthier than I have ever been, ever.

My hope is that with the knowledge gained through my long and varied experience, your path to healing can be accelerated.

Two years ago, our home was chaos--making three different meals for everyone, fighting, mess, bedwetting, very picky eating, meltdowns almost every night before bed, explosive emotions, anxiety at school, and a general unawareness of what was going on inside of us. We all got assessed by a neuropsychologist, and boy were we surprised!

My totally neurodivergent household (Four of us with high-masking Autism + ADHD, plus one with moderate needs Autism), after epic amounts of research and many, many experiments with everything from vitamins to diet to sensory input, is now running pretty darn well. We are thankfully without daily meltdowns and explosions, and we’re having a lot of fun these days.

I am finally living a life that isn’t plagued by chronic pain, chronic fatigue, self-hatred or daily feelings of physical and mental overload in my parenting. My life has margin, peace and joy that I had written off years ago as only being for someone else. I’m so thankful.

It is now my life’s work to encourage others that they can have the same. Wholeness and healing are possible, and I believe God will lead us there, little by little, until mind, body and Spirit are returned to Him.

God has important work for you to do, and that call starts with healing yourself.
